| In order to achieve an exact adjustment of the
feed amount given per feeding and to prevent
cloggings in the pipe system, a special spiral
conveyor system has been developed. The
stainless steel spirai transports the feed from
the hopper to the spreader, which distributes the
feed in an adjustable angle in a distance of approx. 8 -10 meters.
The adjusment of the feed amount given per feeding(rpm of the conveyor spiral) and the spreading distance (rpm of the spreader plate) is done through the alteration of the tuning of 2 potentiometers at the feeder itself. (fast = step10, slow = step 0). The FFAZ - conveyor system and the spreader are compatible with any feed hopper with an outlet opening of min.110 mm and with electronic- control systems of other origin |
