Product Summary

Designed to work alone or as part of a complete site system, the Aerite-Inductor MONITOR series of Venturi nozzles operate with any 5hp or greater pressure pump. Pumping liquids or slurries through these nozzles creates a high level vacuum which is used to draw any gas or liquid down the support tube and into the mixing chamber.

The MONITOR Venturi nozzles are idea for the waste management and aeration where injection of high volumes of air and the compete mixing and suspensions of solids within waste liquors is required for biological growth and aerobic digestion.

The MONITOR series of Venturi nozzles are suitable for use in lagoons, raceways, tanks, ponds, cess pools etc. All aerite-Inductors are constructed from robust polyurethane and aluminum and are available as individual components or complete packages (with or without pump) which are quickly and easily installed.

Key Features

• 2" Vacuum supply line draws atmospheric air into nozzle. Optional pressure fittings allows for bottle injection of oxygen, ozone chlorine etc.
• Simple height adjustment hardware for maximum mixing and circulation. Allows MONITOR to be rotated to the surface for inspection
• 1 1/2 " pressure line to Venturi. Operates using any 5hp or larger pressure pump. 40-45 gpm output at 25psi
• Variable length pipe to match site requirement.
• 180 degree nozzle head rotation for exact positioning
• Variety of nozzle shapes and spray patterns to match site requirements
